meetings with her clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction, and even
accompanies them when they make all their choices, such as cabinets, lighting,
flooring, even plumbing, so that she can advise them on quality and
suitability. This really eases what can be an overwhelming task for

Constantly managing and controlling the number of homes she
builds so that she can keep her hands-on approach to quality, and even after
closing, Debra keeps in regular contact with her buyers to see if there is
